The Lucy Ann at Estillville Guest House

Relax and unwind as you step back in time and enjoy the quiet comfort of the Lucy Ann. This spacious room has as queen bed, private bath with shower/tub, and a minifridge. Whether you are here to visit southwest VA / northeast TN attractions such as Devil’s Bathtub and Carter Family Fold, traveling for work, or are just passing through, we welcome you to experience our retreat. The space Comfortable, quiet, welcoming, and clean--this is how guests typically describe our property. Formerly known as Estillville Bed and Breakfast, the guest house is a renovated historical home within walking distance of downtown Gate City. It offers three unique rooms with private baths: the Robert Douglas, the Lucy Ann, and the Joel Lynn. All guest rooms are on the 2nd floor of the house and are accessible only by stairs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the downstairs common areas like the den, kitchen, and yard. We are a licensed lodging establishment and are inspected by the Virginia Department of Health. For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets. An air mattress can be provided for the Lucy Ann or Robert Douglas room for up to 2 children at no additional charge. Guest access Access to the front door of the property is by code, and each room has its own key. Parking is on street. Other things to note A two-night minimum is required for Bristol NASCAR race weekends.
