The space In an area of 300 sqm, there are clear and stylishly decorated environments: 4 suites with split air-conditioning, 3 with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. A half-moon swimming pool surrounded by beautiful lawn separates the social area of the building where the suites are located, all with doors that open to this beautiful look. Noble materials like carrara marble prevail in all rooms, such as floor coverings and walls of large bathrooms. Quality furniture, wooden doors and cabinets in the intimate areas, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub in the master suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end utensils, duplex fridge and has freezer in the pantry. The all-glass living room offers views of the pool, has a fireplace and a nice bar with a panoramic view. The house has wifi and access to cable channels. Guest access - During your stay our caretakers will be present, and are responsible for maintaining cleaning, caring for the house and assisting with meals, coffee and lunch. Their service must be paid directly, in cash, in the amount of R$150.00 per day. - It is necessary to send full names and a copy of a photo document of all guests in advance. - Visitors are not allowed. During your stay, any person who needs to receive in the apartment/house will only have authorized access (with full name and identity card number) as an additional guest on your reservation. The guest will have access to all the amenities offered in the house, living room with fireplace, 4 en-suites, beautiful kitchen with all the equipment (duplex fridge and freezer in the pantry), garden, swimming pool, barbecue grill with table and chairs, and cherry cake, which is the direct access to the beach when crossing the “plant curtain”, a short walk in the front of the garden that ends with a small wooden gate that opens to the white sand beach and the stunning sea of Maresias. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT STAINS IN TROUSSEAU We remind you that our sheets and towels are white and, for this reason, require full care on the part of guests for their preservation. We ask you to take care that there is TOTAL removal of makeup (with wipes, de-maquantes or whatever it is your habit to use), oils, sunscreens and all kinds of products BEFORE using the trousseau for the purposes for which they are intended: - Sheets, pillowcases, covers and duvet just for sleeping and FREE of any product that may stain body or hair - Bath towels to wipe the body washed and product-free - Face towels to wipe and wash clean and product-free face and hands (DO NOT USE AS FLOOR, FLOOR and NEVER TO REMOVE MAKEUP) - Bathroom floor - DO NOT use if you are wearing shoes or feet without being washed or as a floor cloth For any damage to the nature of the ones mentioned herein shall generate a reimbursement request for the replacement of the damaged item. - During your stay, our homemakers will be present, and are responsible for the maintenance of cleaning, housekeeping and help with meals, coffee and lunch. Their service must be paid directly, in cash, in the amount of R$ 400.00 per day. - Try to keep the house in order and collect your garbage daily, following the instructions of the housekeeper, who will take care of the disposal. - Take care not to leave the air conditioning on when away from the environment where it is located. - Do not throw paper or other materials in the toilet - always use the basket. - Any occurrence with furniture or equipment of the space, please notify B.Homy immediately.
