OUTDOOR COMMON AREAS Landscaped area, benches and showers, for when you come back from the beach. To unload luggage, the vehicle can be entered in the common areas. If you have an electric car, there are several charging points less than 10 minutes away. We have prepared the apartment to provide the best stay on your vacation or weekend getaway. Other things to note ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM Upon request and availability, it is possible to check in between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, with a surcharge of €20 to be paid upon arrival. TOURIST RATES Licensed apartments we have to ask for fees from guests, which are not included in the price of the stay and will have to be paid prior to your arrival. DOCUMENTACIÓN For legal reasons and according to the "Legal Registration of travelers with Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975" we need the identification data of all travelers, this information will only be requested a few days before your arrival and will be sent to the police. Failure to provide the requested information prior to check-in will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
