Guest Suite Close to the Beach

Is a suite, steps away from the beach. The one bedroom is located in the back area of our house. The guests will have their own independent entrance to the bedroom with AC and will have their own bathroom and kitchenette fully equipped with everything you will need. The bedroom includes a set of linens, towels. As well as beach towel. Plus the pool has a heater, so you can chill day and night. Guests will have access to a shared patio space. Oceanbella is located in the residential neighborhood known as Ocean Park, centrally located between Isla Verde, Condado, and Old San Juan. It is close to authentic Puerto Rican street food, hip bars, shops, and restaurants in the area. The suite is located in an closed gated neighborhood and has a nearby welfare housing.Security guards makes rounds around the neighborhood. We are 15 mins from the airport Luis Muñoz Marín. A taxi will cost you $15-20 to get here. Uber is also available. Once you arrive to Oceanbella, you can take an Uber to any destination you desire in the metro area. If you rent a car you can easily park outside the house and for free. Once you stay in Oceanbella you are walking distance from the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach. Guest access Patio and the suite that have their own facilities. They are not shared with the co-hosts. Other things to note Because we are not a hotel there will be signs and sounds of family living. Occasionally our dog (or a neighbor's dog) may bark, as this is a neighborhood of families with pets. No smoking is allowed.
