The second bedroom has a double bed, closet, and fan. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a television, 2 vintage coat racks, and a fan. The living room has 1 comfortable sofa and 2 single armchairs, as well as a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and all kitchen utensils and crockery. The accommodation is located in front of an OXXO and next to a MODELORAMA; By vehicle you can reach the downtown area in 5 minutes, WALMART in 3 minutes, and in 2 minutes you will be in one of the shopping plazas such as Plaza Roble or Plaza 401, in which you will find movie theaters of the CINEMAGIC chain, entertainment and areas with a variety of food. We have 1.5 bathrooms, in which towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo are provided. Have a pleasant time with family and friends on our terrace, equipped with a barbecue and minibar.
