All bedrooms have AC's, ceiling fan , ensuite bathrooms and closets. Bath towels will be provided. All windows are screened. The apartment is located on the 3nd floor and has a loft to the 4nd floor` Other things to note In the period of Christmas and New Year, 15% service extra costs are calculated. During this period the house can only be rented for a period of two weeks.
