Wendy's Perfect Place! East Room

Cute, clean and comfortable upstairs guest room in my Prescott home. Downtown Prescott is about 6 minutes from my house, about 5 minutes to National Forest in the other direction. I can suggest trails or restaurants. Also, I am a local Realtor so if you would like to chat about Prescott housing just let me know. The space Your room has a queen bed with a firm memory foam topper. There are pretty mountain views from the room and the deck. The bathroom is shared but don't worry, there is another bathroom downstairs to use in a pinch! I feed birds and keep water out for wildlife that moves through the property regularly. In the Morning coffee and tea are on the house as well as a few light breakfast items to help yourself to. Currently, my adult Daughter is in the other guest room. Like me, she enjoys guests but respects your privacy. Guest access You are welcome to put things in the refrigerator, use the microwave or make a simple meal in the kitchen. The laundry is available to longer term guests. The upstairs deck is yours to enjoy! During your stay I am a Realtor and work from a home office so I am often home during the day. Please pick my brain about places to eat, trails to take, directions or anything Prescott! I have some maps available of town and trails. I enjoy talking to new people but I also realize that sometimes you simply want to get some food or go to bed. I will follow your lead so just come and go as you please and I am totally good with that! Other things to note Be aware that your room is up a full flight of stairs. In case you missed it, I have a cat but the guest rooms are kitty free! There is no TV in your room. Sometimes there's a little music downstairs. Peace and quiet is plentiful!
