Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. It is also easily accessible by tram, bus and car. The apartment is best suited for 2 people. The space The Loft style apartment is located on 3rd floor of the building. There is small kitchen, equipped with all needed amenities, comfortable small sofa and toilet with bathroom together, sleeping area is located on the second level, there is a double bed.The first level is 15m2 and the second level is 8m2. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. We have towels for every guest. On the first floor is kitchen, equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle.The kitchen is equipped with all needed amenities. Our tap water is drinkable. Guest access Our dear guests have all the access to the entire space of the apartment.
