Coins would always be available at the security booth for ease of accessibility. Soap, fabric softeners and static sheets would be available for sale. Arrangements can be made with the cleaning staff to have your laundry organized. Please note these arrangements would be strictly between you and the personnel and management would not be responsible for any above transaction. Please remember the laundry is a common area and we would expect you to be kind to the next resident who endeavors to use the facility, by ensuring that the site is left clean and well maintained as you would have met it. Security Service All windows and doors are equipped with protective burglar bars. There would be security cameras on all public accessed areas. You would be expected to digitally key in at the main entries and all visitors would be logged in before entry. Do acknowledge that this is a service provided, not with the intention to disrupt your privacy, but with the best intention to assure your safety at times. Please note: Should you misplace/lose the keys to your apartment the locks would be immediately changed and you would be responsible for the cost of purchase and installation of new locks. This is a basic precautionary measure to ensure you safety and that of the establishment. It is a beautiful, quiet serene area, but one can never be too safe. Cleaning and general maintenance facility We provide basic cleaning services on a mid-weekly basis. All other cleaning general needs would be at your expense.
