[Additional Parking Options] Dear guests, overnight parking for Airbnb visitors is not allowed within the condo compound. Here are the available alternatives: 1️⃣ Public parking beside the shop lot (3–4 mins walking distance). 2️⃣ LOTUS car park (5 mins walking distance, open 8am–10pm). 3️⃣ Extra resident parking available at RM15/day (subject to availability, please confirm with host). Avoid parking on the roadside — DBKL officers may issue fines. [Access Card] Only 1 access card is provided per unit. If needed, please let us know if you require an additional access card. Lost card replacement fee: RM150 per card. [Towel & Cleaning Service] Towels are not changed daily. Extra towels are available at: * Bath towel: RM10/pc (Request one day in advance, available 10am–5pm only) Cleaning fee is charged once per stay (per check-out). No daily cleaning service is included, even for long-term stays. Additional cleaning or room service requests are RM50 per session (available daily 10am–4pm, 1–2 days’ notice required). Note: This service is not available on Saturday & Sunday. [Important Reminders] - Strictly no smoking inside the unit. A fine of RM500 will apply for violation. - Any unremovable stains, damages, missing items, or strong odors found after check-out will incur replacement or special cleaning charges (not covered under the cleaning fee).
