Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat. The space This lodge is located on 234 acres and on a man made lake. It is minutes away from the city, but makes you feel like you are secluded from the rest of the world. It is private and very peaceful. This is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy peace and quiet surrounded my nature. Where we are 2 km. in the woods we have no typical address so we use our home address 15 minutes away close to where we meet people at Pepper Creek Pizza and take them to the lodge. Guest access Guests are able to have access to the whole property.
