Villa 21 Beachfront Villa

Villa 21 is a superb villa, sleeping 8 guests comfortably in 2.5 bedrooms, air con, kitchen facilities, include dishwasher, oven, stove top. A beautiful presented villa, with great amenities and walk across the grass to the beach. Main bed is a king, all other beds are singles in forms of bunks and single beds. A $1500.00 refundable bond payment is required prior to arrival. Other things to note A security bond of $1,500.00 is payable on the day of arrival. A valid credit card must be provided prior to arrival to secure the bond. The security bond will be released within 3–5 days after departure, provided no issues arise. This bond is for any incidentals, damages or breakages incurred during the stay will be charged against the bond. Linen hire is NOT included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee. Contact host prior to arrival to arrange linen. Dolphin feeding is not available and is not included in bookings at this villa.
