Willa Czaremka

Villa Czaremka is a unique, spacious house that comfortably sleeps up to 15 people. It is distinguished by rich recreational equipment not available in standard accommodation: a private cinema room, a billiard table and a relaxation area with a sauna and a swimming pool. Children have their own playroom. The location in Ujsoły, right next to the Żywiec Beskids trails and the Velo Soła bicycle route, makes it an ideal base for large groups and families looking for active recreation in the heart of the mountains. The space Villa Czaremka is a facility located in a picturesque mountain setting overlooking the majestic, lush and green peaks of the Żywiec Beskids. The property is located in the immediate buffer zone of the Żywiec Landscape Park, in a quiet area. The natural silence is enhanced by the sound of a nearby mountain stream flowing in front of the house. The cottage is rented exclusively for a maximum of 15 people. On the main floor there are: - 2 bedrooms (2-person and 3-person), - bathroom with shower - large open kitchen with dining area and living room with fireplace, TV with a large package of channels. The living room and dining room have direct access to the terrace and garden with a swimming pool. In the attic there are: - 3 bedrooms (2-person, 2-person and 1-person with extra bed), - children's playroom (with a folding double mattress), - a bathroom with a bathtub - laundry. On the ground floor, a relaxation zone has been created, equipped with: - Billiards, - a cinema room with 10 cinema seats, a projector and surround sound system, - Finnish sauna (extra charge), - toilet and shower by the sauna, - a set for playing darts. Attractions and amenities for children: - playroom, - movie theater, - Travel crib - High chair - safety gates on the stairs, - Playground - swimming pool. In the living room, there are 2 fold-out double sofas. At the request of guests, the beds in the rooms can be freely configured. The TV in the living room and the projector are connected to the Internet, so guests can use various VOD platforms and services, e.g. Netflix, YouTube. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and in the garden. The property is fenced, and guests have access to: - Garden - large frame pool with dimensions of 610 x 366 x 122 cm, - terrace with an area of over 40 sqm, - a set of garden furniture and a garden pergola, - Children's playground - fireplace and barbecue equipment, - sun loungers, hammock, - parking. It is possible to rent a mobile hot tub, after prior agreement of the conditions and checking availability (the hot tub is not part of the facility's equipment). Feel free to enjoy the charms of the facility and nearby attractions. There are numerous shelters and tourist cycling and hiking trails to Rycerzowa, Lipowska, Rysianka, and Muńcoł nearby. For bicycle lovers, we recommend the recently opened 40 km long Velo Soła bicycle route, running from Rajcza to Żywiec. The route runs on flat, paved terrain, so it is also accessible to families with children. By the way, it is very scenic; driving along the Soła river and Lake Żywiec, you can admire the Beskid peaks. Another attraction is the nearby swimming pool, Geo Park Glinka, only 3.5 km from the property - one of the most unique swimming pools in the Silesian Voivodeship, built in a former quarry, where, in addition to the pool, there are climbing walls, rope parks and many other attractions. In winter, guests can use ski resorts located a short distance from the facility, e.g. in Ski Park Rajcza (7 km), Zwardoń Ski (22 km), Złoty Groń (28 km) or in Slovakia - Velka Raca (32 km), Orava Snow (32 km). Other things to note No loud parties or bachelor parties are allowed on the premises.
