Great for couple and students Close to Sydney CBD/Sydney university and RPA and newtown (10-15 minutes driving) The space Features: - Sunny, spacious open plan living - Ducted Air-conditioning + heating - Well equipped kitchen with gas cooktop - Luxurious bathroom - Smart TV - Private access to your own combo washer/dryer - Free Wi-Fi - Free street parking These amenities are available on request (Normally not kept in the apartment): - Baby cot + high chair - Vacuum cleaner - Iron + ironing board The studio is set up with a queen bed as standard. - Groups of 3 will be given an extra single bed - Groups of 2 can request an extra single bed for a small set up fee Other things to note --NOTICE--- We have had to take a hard line with our rules due to the actions of a select few. 99% of our guests are wonderful and most welcome. But 1% are not, and the actions of these few ruins the experience for the rest. Particularly those 19 year olds who can't use their parent's house to party. If you are in that 1%, please do not book my unit. ---RULES--- !No parties !No loud music !No pets !No smoking anywhere, including indoors or balcony. $150 deodourising fee applies per listed guest. !No un-listed guests. 24 hour written consent required for visitors. 1.All approved visitors need their name, number and rules agreed to before arrival. 2.Visitors cannot stay after 10pm. Max 2 overnight people in the unit after 10pm, young children excluded. 3.We will evict you and all guests (with no refund) if you can't follow 1 and 2.
