As a courtesy to your house mates and our neighborhood, please pull up to the BORDER of the house to park so that the other car can park behind your car. It’s alright to park in front of the mailbox after 5pm and if leaving in the morning . DO NOT PARK IN-BETWEEN WHERE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR A CAR TO PARK IN FRONT OF YOU OR BEHIND YOU. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF ANY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE. There are also private parking t the back driveway of the house. If you would like to park at the back driveway, please let me know so I can give you the code to the back entrance door. During your stay I am always available for any questions/concerns/suggestions. I am friendly and will respect your need for privacy or willingness to socialize. Other things to note Especially great location for travelling professionals, nurses, tourists/visitors etc. Easy and fast access - 5 minutes to Highway 75 - nearest Exit on 75 are Legacy Drive in Plano and Bethany Dr in Allen. Close to Allen Premium Outlet or a 5 minutes drive to attend conference at Delta Hotel. Short drive to restaurants, bars, Costco etc
