Description
The house is located halfway between Phoebe North (on Palmyra) and Main campuses, and has two rooms available for short-term stays. This is an economical option for visiting travel nurses while they get acquainted with the area. Amenities and utilities included, such as strong WiFi, a washer and dryer, plenty of appliances in the kitchen, and enough parking for multiple vehicles! The space While guests are staying, they will mostly have the house to themselves. While I cannot control the summer heat outside, I do have a few items to help control the heat inside for comfort. There is a tv and desk area in the room, as well as plenty of storage for clothes and belongings for longer stays or repeat visits. Guest access Aside from the room, there is also a shared living room with gaming console and space to iron and vibe. The kitchen has plenty of usable items, such as air fryer, vegetable steamer, Keurig, crock pots and a toaster oven. The backyard has a grill, trampoline and hose. There is a detached laundry room with washer and dryer which has detergent and softener at the ready. During your stay I have a set schedule throughout the week, and for the most part, the house will be interference-free. I work my 12-hour shifts, spend most of Sundays at church, and work out every day of the week except Saturday. I am readily accessible unless I'm at work. Other things to note When I was between houses last year, I had to stay one night at a hotel on Oglethorpe nearby, in Downtown. It was $75 for a night, and I'm sure a crime was committed outside my room where I rested. Now that I have a place, I wanted to give people an option away from all that. Come, spend a week, and feel free to find other places. Just know you have a safe option in the meantime.
