The apartment goes over 2 floors and has a washing machine + dryer. On the ground floor there is a bedroom (double bed 180x200), a bathroom with shower and a living/ dining room with sofa bed, dining table and access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The ground floor has underfloor heating. Via a spiral staircase you reach the basement with two bedrooms (3 or 4 single beds 90x200), laundry room and bathtub.
