Fantastic guesthouse in Palm Beach, is located less than 10 min. (walking) from the sea! Also very close to the major shopping/grocery markets, and other areas that host the island's entertainment, nightlife, restaurants, and other attractions;Also, conveniently located near the major hotels and casinos(Hilton, Hyatt, RIU, etc.), with nearby bus stations and sidewalks for safe and inexpensive transportation.The space is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers seeking business or pleasure. The space Lets start with a brief overview of the apartments and the amenities offered. The ~300 sq ft apartment is laid out efficiently and utilizes the entire space to its fullest potential. Upon entry, you will find a Kitchen area that boasts brand new appliances, and is fully stocked with the items for all of your dining needs (utensils, plates, cups, etc). As of March 2024 cooking is not possible. The stove is removed. There is an electric kettle for heating water for coffee and a bread toaster. There is an microwave for heating food etc. The refrigerator also contains water that is safe to drink and ice. Next, we have the living and sleeping space, of which contains a full size bed and a sofa bed, a dining room table, as well as a 30" flat screen tv, that includes cable! The space also features ample closet and drawer space for any clothes or personal belongings. Also, the space features STRONG Wi-Fi connectivity that will help any traveler stay in touch with friends, family, and work back at home! Last, the bathroom has full shower with body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The shower does contain hot water. Note: As from March 2024 cooking will not be available/allowed. The cookware and stove were removed. There is an electric kettle available for making coffee. Plates, glasses, etc. will still be available for dining. You will have access to free parking and I am willing to do anything that helps make your stay much more pleasurable! We are very accommodating hosts! Guest access Guests will be able to enter and exit anytime they please, as long as they are respectful of their noise! Upon your arrival, the guests will be given a code to open the main door. In case the guest have a rental car they can park this in front on premises. Other things to note - Transportation can be arranged to and from airport for $40 USD round trip ($20 USD each way)! Avoid the taxis!! -Please be aware that there will be an additional $15 USD fee applied for each guest after the 2nd guest. (For example, the 3rd and 4th guests will be an extra $15 USD per person, or $30 USD in total) -Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are available with no additional charge. -Late checkout is available IF THERE IS NO UPCOMING RESERVATION/EARLY CHECK IN. Just please be respectful of me allowing this a free privilege, as I want to remain a gracious host. - Additional cleanings are available upon request with additional cost of $30 USD. - When staying 10 days or more additional cleanings will be apply with additional cost of $30 USD or more depending on the condition of the apartment. - Any lost or damaged items within the space, will or can be charged directly to your security deposit and/or we can negotiate the replacement costs if you are upfront with damages. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the rooms, smoking is allowed only outside. No illegal drugs are allowed on premises. If you are a smoker, please just let me know so that we can avoid any issues preparing the accommodation for the next guest.
