Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This room painted in a spectrum of pristine whites, is perched gracefully on the first floor. It is furnished with an AC, Wi-Fi, and all modern comforts for your convenience. The room also comes with an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 2 Situated on the first floor of this flintstone house, this expansive white-themed room boasts a distinctive and unique design. Enhancing your comfort, this room is furnished with modern amenities, including AC, Wi-Fi, a cosy seating area, and an open bathtub. It is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room - on the first floor. Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience.  LIVING ROOM Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, this space offers a haven of relaxation, where guests can bask in each other's company. This inviting space features a plush sofa, AC, a portable music system, and a TV, ensuring an enjoyable and entertaining atmosphere. OUTDOOR DINING AREA The living room seamlessly connects to the terrace, where an outdoor dining arrangement awaits, providing comfortable seating for up to 9 people. With a captivating backdrop of the surrounding mountains and a delightful atmosphere, this space allows you to savour delectable meals. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. BAR AREA A part of the living room, this area is thoughtfully designed to create the perfect ambience for you to enjoy your favourite drink in style & comfort. It has 3 bar stools for added convenience.  BALCONY Extending seamlessly from the living room, this spacious deck is purposefully crafted for hosting events and boasts a cosy seating space for up to 12. Offering a picturesque vista of the mountains, this deck is meticulously furnished in harmony with the thematic essence of the surroundings. TERRACE Perched at the summit, this expansive area serves as an ideal venue for hosting grand gatherings. INDOOR POOL The indoor pool takes on the appearance of a tranquil water body nestled within a cave-like structure, evoking a sense of serenity and mystique. It is 15x10 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. Adding to its cave-like charm, the indoor pool boasts a walkover bridge. LAWN Enveloping the entire mansion, a lush green lawn beckons with its dew-kissed grass, creating the perfect setting for tranquil morning strolls. It is 500 sq.ft. in size. FOOD -All rates are on a per person, per day basis. -Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. -Outside food is strictly not allowed. -Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
