Whether you’re having a quick breakfast or a nice dinner, this space is just right. It’s also a great spot to catch up on work if you need to. Kitchen Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and Water Purifier, along with all the pots, pans, and utensils you might need. It’s a great space to prepare meals and enjoy them with family or friends. Bedrooms Both bedrooms are designed for comfort. Each has a queen-sized bed with soft linens and plenty of storage space. The calm colors and soft lighting make these rooms perfect for a good night’s sleep. One of the Two Bedrooms also has an Air Conditioner although the apartment generally stays cool Washrooms The apartment has two clean, modern washrooms. While we strive to offer every comfort and amenity, please remember that this is not a hotel but a private residence. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home, ensuring cleanliness and consideration for others. Below are our house rules: Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates a maximum of 5 people, including children. Visitors are allowed, but please inform us in advance to ensure compliance with this limit. Footwear Policy: Please leave your footwear on the provided shoe rack outside the house. If you prefer to wear footwear indoors, kindly use the designated indoor footwear. Kitchen Etiquette: If you use any dishes in the kitchen, please wash them afterward, as dishwashing is not included in our housekeeping service. Noise Level: Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum after 11 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Energy Conservation: Please conserve electricity by turning off ACs, fans, and other appliances when not in use or when leaving the rooms/house. Security Measures: Ensure that you lock the door when leaving the house for added security. Drinking and Smoking: Drinking of Alcohol is not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony area. Housekeeping Schedule: Our housekeepers will clean, mop, and dust the house every two days. Linens and towels will be changed every three days or upon the arrival of new guests, whichever comes first. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Subject to availability and the departure/arrival times of previous and following guests, we may accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
