Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however. The space Secluded and private, with no other lake lots or camps in direct view. The cottage neighbours Ellenwood provincial park which has great beaches, walking trails, and groomed cross country skiing trails in the winter (when there is snow). Central location, easily accessed from both the 103 and 101 HWY. It's about a 12 minute drive to town, as well as 15 minute drive to coastal beaches (Port Maitland). Features.. .. Other things to know.. .. We have recently insulated the floor of the cottage that has made a big difference in the colder months. .. The walls to the bedrooms and bathroom's don't go completely to ceiling (cottage style). If you are staying as a couple or group, and want more privacy, this is something to consider. .. We have a deck currently under rebuild. It's fully functional but missing a handrail on the new section. We hope to have the deck fully rebuilt spring by the end of spring 2026.
