Cozy Apartment in Pucón

Comfortable apartment only five minutes away from Pucón's downtown. A good place for couples and small families. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom en suite. There is a very comfortable trundle bed in the living room. Fully equipped for up to 4 people (the price is set for 2, there is a small extra charge for more passengers). Private parking, swimming pool, free fiber wifi connection, and satellite TV. The space The apartment is small, but has enough space to make a little family feel at home. The trundle beds are a hit with children, but the beds are comfortable enough for adults to sleep in. The apartment has everything you need to feel "home away from home". Guest access Guests can use the barbecue area for free, just reserving the time they wish to use it (four hours per party). The swimming pool has a schedule for use in the summer season, from December 15th to late February. The parking has no assigned places, so you can use any spot. Other things to note The summer season is Pucón is very crowded, being the best time of the year to visit our city either in March/April (beginning of Fall) or October/December (Spring). The apartment is registered in the local IRS (SII) and also in the National Board of Tourism (Sernatur)
