We are located right near Bukidnon Forestry Inc., treating our guests to lush forest views and a refreshing, cool mountain breeze. Getting to the main highway is just a short, 300-meter walk from our doorstep. You’ll find everything you need within walking distance, including a 7-Eleven, pharmacies, local restaurants, laundry shops, and the local market. Plus, if you're looking to experience the local nightlife, we are just minutes away from the city's popular suburban spots like YS, Casanova, and Brick Time. Water Supply & Backups While Malaybalay City faces occasional water shortages, we feature robust backup systems to ensure your comfort: Primary Supply: Our main water supply has significantly fewer interruptions than most areas. 4,200L Storage: Backup tanks are ready to supply the property if a main-line cut occurs. Deep Well: An on-site reservoir acts as an extra secondary backup. Power Advisory: Continuous flow relies on an electric pump. During a brownout (power outage), water pressure will drop or temporarily stop until power returns. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive, full access to the entire studio apartment. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the in-unit amenities, including the fully equipped kitchenette, cozy dining setup, and comfortable sleeping areas. Power Supply & Outages Malaybalay City occasionally experiences power outages, which can last from an hour to an extended period for scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs. Please note that our studio unit does not have a backup generator. However, we do provide a rechargeable emergency lamp to keep you comfortable should an outage occur. 2. Neighborhood Environment Malaybalay is a charming provincial city (rather than a highly urbanized metro like Manila). In our neighborhood, families keep dogs for security. We kindly ask for your understanding and leniency regarding occasional dog barking. 3. Parking Options We offer a few parking arrangements for your convenience: Garage & Front Parking: Limited free parking is available inside the garage and directly in front of the building. Street Parking: Free dedicated street parking is available on the well-lit, cemented road within our subdivision (right in front of our Guillermo residential property). For your peace of mind, please note that we also park one of our own vehicles here. 4. Stair Access & Child Safety As noted in our listing details, the Airbnb unit is located on the 2nd floor. For their safety, children of all ages must be carefully supervised when climbing up or down the stairs. 5. Complimentary Amenities To welcome you, we provide a free large bottle of drinking water and one roll of tissue paper as complimentary start-up amenities. 6. Flexible Check-In / Check-Out Subject to room availability, we are happy to accommodate early arrivals or extended stays: Early Check-In: Available for an hourly fee based on the unit's prevailing Airbnb rate. Late Check-Out: Available for a flat fee equal to 50% of the unit's prevailing Airbnb rate. 7.Housekeeping & Care We kindly ask that you treat our unit with the same care and respect as your own home. If you would like a refresh during your stay, we offer the following optional services upon request: Full Mid-Stay Cleaning: ₱450 (Includes a 2-hour cleaning session and a complete bedding replacement).
