Apartment Features: Open plan living and dining area: The light-flooded, open living-dining area with a modern kitchen invites you to spend time with family or friends. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or a cozy breakfast. Bedroom: The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 180 x 200 cm box spring bed. The second bedroom has two single box spring beds (90 x 200 cm each), which can be pushed together if necessary, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The third bedroom in the attic is also equipped with a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. Bathrooms: The first bathroom has a floor-level walk-in shower and all the amenities for a relaxing start to the day. In the second bathroom in the attic there is a toilet and a shower. Please note that the rooms in the attic are not heated. Further amenities: Car parking space: A car parking space is available directly at the property. Bicycle storage room: Use the large storage room for your bikes. A charging facility for e-bikes is also available.
