Beautiful room in a colonial house with pool

It's a beautiful, big room with a completely renovated, private, modern bathroom and stairs to a loft with a second bed. We are very close to all the places you need to see in León. The room is part of an original, colonial building that has been completely renovated. The garden with our restaurant Coco Calala, is very big and has a nice pool, sun beds and there are several outside sitting areas to relax during your stay. The space The room is big, with high ceilings and original colonial details. There is a full-size bed and stairs to a loft with a single bed, all in the same room. The room has a tree fans but no AC. In front of the room you have your own small terrace to relax after a day exploring the city and its surroundings. Guest access In our garden we have a plant-based restaurant, serving food & drinks between 8am and 9pm. Please note that the restaurant kitchen is not open for guests to cook their own meals. Other things to note In the city of León the houses don't have hot water since it's one of the hottest cities in Nicaragua. The water in the shower is not ice cold, it's luke warm and probably the only thing you want when in León is a refreshing shower, not a hot one. Please note that our check in time is until 10pm. If you arrive later, please let us know in advance. For check ins after 10pm we charge 10$ late check in fee. In case your travel plans change while you are here, please note we don´t refund any money.
