Little house in Juquehy. 51mts of total area. 800 meters from the beach, 12-minute walk. Delightful walk down the street of high-end condominiums, passing through the center with several shops and restaurants. NEW bed linens (changed for season 22/23 - hotel-level bathroom. Private HEATED pool! 1 parking space inside the condominium. Barbecue and complete utensils in the kitchen. Air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Smart TV with Netflix and Goboplay with Premiere. WIFI w/ good signal. NO PETS The space The structure of the condominium is studio type. There are 29 twin apartments. The property has 51 meters very well distributed. It offers a lot of comfort for 4 people. In the backyard, we have a shower, barbecue, tank, table and chairs for meals. 3 beach chairs, cooler, cart and umbrella for guests to use. The condominium also has a shower right at the entrance (inside on the right) and another in the back to take a shower and remove sand/salt when you arrive from the beach. The house has new and comfortable mattresses (a double bed in the bedroom with an auxiliary bed and two single sofa beds in the living room). The condominium is located at Rua Claudio Izidoro do Espírito Santo, 850, casa 6. Television with Netflix and Globoplay w/ Premiere in the living room and bedroom. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. BRING YOUR BEACH TOWELS and BLANKETS for the cooler weather, as the temperature sometimes drops a little at night. The condominium has a security fence and an electric entrance gate for cars. The house is approximately 800 meters from the beach. About a 6-minute walk to the center and about a 12-minute walk to the beach. You can walk, yes! And you'll love the ride! But if you don't like to walk, it's better to go by car (4 minutes by car to the beach). Downtown Juquehy has a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and shops. House voltage: 220 v. One-story house without stairs, but one step at the entrance to the house. Car parking spaces are free (not marked by house). You can park in any of them. The parking spaces in the back of the condominium are more comfortable for medium and large cars, but they are blocked. The parking spaces in the front and side of the condominium are smaller and more suitable for small cars and motorcycles. Juquehy Beach is one of the most beautiful on the northern coast of São Paulo. Juquehy is the only beach in São Sebastião that has a shopping center with two super charming malls, galleries and a food truck. The best infrastructure on the north coast of São Paulo. The region has wonderful restaurants for gastronomic tourism! ATTENTION: AFTER THE RESERVATION, WE WILL REQUEST AN IMAGE OF THE ID OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESERVATION AND THE ID NUMBER OF THE OTHER ADULTS WHO WILL BE PRESENT DURING THE STAY. WE WILL ALSO REQUEST THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN WHO WILL BE PRESENT AND THEIR AGES. WE WILL NOT check in after 10 p.m. under any circumstances. ATTENTION: For NEW YEAR'S EVE and CARNIVAL, only reservations with a minimum of 7 and 4 nights respectively will be accepted. The daily rate will be the same for every day. The reference will be the amount for December 31 and Carnival Tuesday. Guest access COMMON AREAS: The condominium has no leisure area or playroom. Only a deck in the back with a shower that can be used by guests. The laundry room cannot be accessed by guests due to the condominium's bylaws, but the house has a centrifuge, tank and clothes dryer. Other things to note Before making your reservation, check all the information, especially the house and condominium rules on the "House Rules" tab of the website. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. When making the reservation, the Guest will declare awareness and agree to the following: 1. The Guest must use the property only for his own and his family's residential purposes. 2. The guest undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions of the house and condominium rules provided for in the listing under the "House Rules" tab, being civilly and criminally liable for all his/her acts, those of his/her family and guests during his/her stay. 3. The guest undertakes to ensure the conservation of the property as well as all the goods that furnish it, being responsible for delivering it, at the end of the reservation, under the conditions in which they were received. 4. Our daily rates start at 2 p.m. and end at 11 a.m. Differentiated schedules must be agreed and formalized in writing (by email or cell phone). Extended daily rates (from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the last day of the reservation) are R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais). 5. Our flexible check-in must take place between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. In the case of check-in between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., the amount of R$ 70 will be charged to be paid in cash to the assistant who hands over the keys (upon delivery). Check-in NEVER can be done between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., under any circumstances. The condominium does not have a 24-hour entrance. Check-in between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. must be arranged in writing and may be a courtesy of the host, subject to the availability of the house. 6. If the Guest does not vacate the property on the stipulated date and time, he/she will be subject to the payment of as many daily rates as he/she uses the property. If the property is rented to others during the period in which the Guest remains beyond his contracted stay, the Guest will also be responsible for the fine and indemnification to third parties who may be harmed. 7. The Guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property and the goods that furnish it, at market values and immediately after being verified, being aware, from the outset, of the values below: Loss of gate remote control: R$ 150.00 Key loss: R$ 40.00 each key Stained/torn towel: R$ 150.00 per towel Stained/torn sheet: R$ 200.00 per sheet Stained/torn pillow: R$ 100.00 per pillow 8. The property accommodates up to 4 (four) people (CHILDREN FROM 2 YEARS OLD COUNT). 9. The property is part of a family condominium. Therefore, the guest undertakes to respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. and to act with decorum and respect for the environment, ensuring that their guests and family members also behave in this manner. 10. No pets allowed in the property. 11. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. 12. The vehicle must bear identification of the house number (6) on the console. 13. The Guest undertakes to indemnify any damages caused by themselves, their family or guests, to persons, the property or vehicles that are inside the condominium. 14. The condominium laundry room is not allowed to be used as a matter of convention. But the back deck can be used for leisure and socializing, as well as the condominium's outdoor showers. 15. The house will be delivered to the guest clean and tidy with bed and bath linens, but the Guest must bring their own beach towels and blankets for the cold. 16. To settle any disputes arising from this contract, the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo – SP - Brazil is elected.
