Beautiful house with pool, great location

Great location, close to the beaches: Azeda, Azedinha, Ossos, Brava and João Fernandes. 200 meters from Orla Bardot and 500 meters from downtown. The house has 4 air-conditioned en-suites, a living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom, plus a large balcony with a barbecue facing the garden and pool. All suites, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, have a private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and closet for clothes and luggage. The space Between the neighborhoods of Brava and João Fernandes, a few meters from the avenue and close to the most traditional beaches: Azeda, Azedinha, Ossos, Brava, Forno, Foca, and João Fernandes itself are within walking distance. The neighboring Orla Bardot offers the opportunity to step back in time to the fishing village, and relax in some of its bars or restaurants. Downtown is 700 meters away. The house has four en-suite bedrooms, a living room and a dining room; a kitchen, and a social bathroom, plus a large and charming balcony with a barbecue facing the garden and swimming pool. All en-suites, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, have a private bathroom, air-conditioning and ceiling fan as well as a large closet for clothes and luggage; all rooms can be arranged with 2 single beds or joined together to make a double bed. The two ground floor en-suites and one upstairs have a balcony, and the other upstairs has a sea view. The garden is extensive and with grass on several levels; many plants and fruit trees. It has parking for two cars and the gate is automated. There are three small markets and a greengrocer in the neighborhood. The place is a family-friendly and quiet space. Parties, nocturnal noises and loud music are not allowed. Guest access We have a door with an electronic lock. A password is required to enter. We'll leave the gate programmed so that the guest can self-check in. Other things to note I, Alejandro, live in a house on the same property, behind the main house. The two houses have no shared spaces and have separate entrances. I'll be available if the guest needs any assistance.
