Sage room 5 miles to/from beach and downtown!

We are a little family that has renovated this beautiful space in the center of St Pete. We are five miles to the beach and five miles to downtown. We are one block off the bike path so our home is incredibly bikeable. Our space is wonderfully eclectic with many thoughtful touches and commUNITY centered spaces. This is our sanctuary. The space Our space is designed with guests in mind from the kitchen to the dining bar, we have centered our space around commUNITY. Enjoy clean, fluoride free, reverse osmosis alkaline water from a separate faucet at our kitchen sink. We are steps away from the bike path, a wonderful community center with a free gym, library, and large park. As well a sweet little pond with gazebo. We recommend utilizing these amenities during your stay :) The house has three guest rooms and a shared washroom on one side of the house; the private, host space is on the opposite side. This is a family home and it should be taken into consideration when booking. We have dog and a cat that are friendly and clean, as well backyard chickens. The Airbnb rooms are exclusively for Airbnb guests so our family does not use those rooms when not booked. This is a lived in space so please set expectations accordingly. Our family is active in the house from 9 am to 10 pm. Quiet times are 10 pm to 8 am with respect to guests. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and are always open to suggestions during your stay. We have been doing this a while but still appreciate feedback. If we’ve missed anything let us know! We also have a home in Jacksonville that has raving reviews. Guest access Guests will have access to commUNITY kitchen, dining area, living room, as well laundry. Each room has a queen bed, closet, tv and desk with chair. Guests will have designated spaces for each room in the kitchen for dry food as well in the fridge and freezer. During your stay We are available via call or text anytime and are happy to have as much or little interaction with guests as preferred by guests. We are always available for directions, suggestions, and to answer questions or give tips. We’d like to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability Please refrain from entering host areas, do not knock on host doors, a simple message will receive a reply in a timely manner. Please respect sleeping hours. Other things to note We have dog , guests must check with us prior to booking if they have animals of any kind to make sure they are compatible with our animals. We also have chickens that give us fresh eggs each day ◡̈ Please keep laundry usage to 1-2x per week.
