With unbelievable views of the Arkansas River and the ability to walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Salida makes this retreat an excellent choice for your vacation. Our 1 car detached garage is a perfect place to store all of your outdoor gear needed for this nature Mecca. Upstairs, the king size master suite has a bay window that captures river and mountain views with a door directly accessing the upstairs balcony and an en suite bathroom. Adjacent in the loft area is a twin over queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath, capable of truly sleeping 4 people in beds, in this room alone. On the main level, you will find a peaceful queen size private room, along with kitchen and living area. Note: There is a regular 12 cup coffee pot. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere in our home or anywhere on the complex property. The HOA has deemed the entire complex non-smoking! ($1,000 smoking fine will be charged plus fines to the HOA). Must be 25 y/o to book. OWNER IS ALLERGIC TO PETS. No pets allowed! It you have a service animal, we kindly request that you look for another lovely home in the area. $1000 fine will be charged per pet per night. Guest access 8 total guest maximum.
