This helps us ensure a hassle-free check-in process, which is required by local regulations. 2) City Tax: Garmisch-Partenkirchen requires all visitors to pay a city tax at check-in. The city tax is not included in the room rate. The rates are as follows: - Adults (17 and older): €3 per night per person - Children (6 - 16 years): €1 per night per person This tax goes towards supporting the local community and tourism efforts. We kindly ask that you pay the appropriate amount in cash or with credit card when you arrive for check-in. 3) Security Deposit: We may charge a security deposit of up to €300 at check-in. This deposit is a standard procedure to cover any potential damages during your stay. Rest assured, the full amount will be returned to you after check-out, provided no damage is found.
