One-bedroom apartment 150 meters from 5th Avenue. 24-hour security, two swimming pools, gym, rooftop terrace, spa services (additional cost), and parking. Access is via biometric data and an electronic lock, preventing lost keys and allowing entry to the complex at any time. The space This apartment has a 2nd room (lock-off) that can be rented separately to other guests. Access to it is through another access door, just as if it were a separate accommodation. This accommodation and the adjacent one are separated from each other by a locked door. We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally. Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners. We provide every booking with 2 bath towels, 2 pool towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel. We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees. Guest access Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure. Other things to note Travel cot available: advance request required We offer travel cots for USD 15 per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making your request. Contact us early to secure a cot for your little one. To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed. We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM. If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the appropriate linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation. The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
