Close to hiking trails and water activities, it's the perfect spot to unwind and make lasting memories. Book now for an unforgettable stay! The space We're nestled within an eclectic array of cabins and cottages overlooking the Lake and Fiordland National Park beyond. The Chalet is distinctly and uniquely 1970's. Guest should expect a cozy, comfy, and old fashioned-style visitor accommodation. The 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, as well as the bathroom. Each bedroom has a comfy bed, a bedside table, a lamp a heater, and electric blankets. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, jug, microwave, and all the basics. The adjoined dining space has a table and chairs looking out over the lake, while the living room has a cool old seating setup, coffee table, a heat pump, a toilet attached and a small panoramic lake view deck. There is plentiful parking beside the chalet and some characterful shared facilities within a stones throw, such as a guest laundry, a BBQ, and a campfire. For reservations of just 1 or 2 guests, the whole chalet is still private just for you. Groups/families of 3 to 5 guests can choose to also occupy the downstairs bedrooms, plus a single sofa bed is available upstairs. Our chalet is limited to 5 guests, but we do have additional accommodation options available. Special requests are welcome for larger groups :) Guest access Access is via the Manapouri Holiday Park entrance
