It has 231 m2 built, on flat plot of 1,300 m2, distributed on 2 well differentiated floors: The ground floor is the day and where the living room is located (with exit to the front garden), the kitchen (with exit to the porch, pool area and back garden) and a toilet. The 1st floor is at night, and consists of 5 rooms. The main one is Suite with full bathroom, balcony and connection to a second room with 2 single beds. All rooms are double, 3 of them with a double bed of 160x200, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 90x200cm.
