Charming rural mountain house with 4 winds, very cozy and family friendly, at the foot of Sant Miquel del Fai. Beautiful views of the mountains, gardens and pool, with open and very bright spaces. The space It is an independent country type house in 4 winds, very cozy and familiar, at the foot of the place of Sant Miquel del Fai, . It has 231 m2 built, on flat plot of 1,300 m2, distributed on 2 well differentiated floors: The ground floor is the day and where the living room is located (with exit to the front garden), the kitchen (with exit to the porch, pool area and back garden) and a toilet. The 1st floor is at night, and consists of 5 bedrooms. The main one is Suite with full bathroom, balcony and connection to a second room with 2 single beds. All rooms are double, 3 of them with a double bed of 160x200, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 90x200cm. Available bed linen and bath towels, pool towels, shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (vitro, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee makers, etc.) BBQ in back garden, and free wifi All rooms have beautiful views of the mountains, gardens and pool, and the spaces are very open and bright. VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING: It is an ideal family home for an incredible vacation with family and friends, although if your plan is to have a party at night in the outdoor area, it is not the most suitable house, since music and noise resonate throughout the valley, and prevents the neighbors from resting and/or being able to sleep. If they notify the police of the inconvenience caused, they report and fine guests directly staying at the property at that time. This would be a serious problem since it disturbs the coexistence with the neighbors, and if it happened, we would be forced to report it to Booking and request the immediate eviction of the tenants from the house, without the right to any refund of the amount paid for the reservation. The little noise a family can make at night outdoors, such as chatting, laughing, etc. in a reasonable tone, is no problem. Thank you for your understanding and responsibility. Pets are allowed. They are always welcome if their owners and/or caregivers are respectful of the rules: Prior notice is required for acceptance, as well as a deposit (ask for more details and information). They should be taught not to bite or break anything, or climb to beds, sofas, etc. and have the owner commit to leave the house without dirt, hair or pet odors. There are multiple areas designated for smokers. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. You can enjoy spectacular hiking and cycling/mountain biking trails, across the Tenes River, with waterfalls, rafts, otters, eagles and other raptors, and of course spectacular views to the "Cingles de Bertí" (Riscos de Bertí)! Just 45 km from Barcelona center, 70 km from Costa Brava (Blanes and Lloret de Mar), 7 km from the "Cim de les Áligues" (Cima de las Águilas) in Sant Feliu de Codines, 12 km from the town of Caldes de Montbui where there is a 9-hole golf course, Spa Baths and many more activities!!!!
