The house is designed professionally, the interior design is open and lightly, with all the comforts expected. 8 guests can sleep comfortably. It has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, open living-kitchen combo, with inside dining room. There is a walkin closet. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a balcony where you can enjoy a view over the neighborhood. The house offers a laundry room, a covered porch, a 2-car parking space , all located in a secure community at Sun Valley. Other things to note This appartment has a prepaid electricity system. Which gives our guest the opportunity to pay only what they consume. The amount that our guests pay for electricity depends allot on how much they use the air-conditioning. We can assist our guest to reload this system and at the end of there stay we charge the amount of dollars we reloaded. Water is also exclusive, due to previous experience with other guest we ask a fee for water depending on the length of your trip and the number of guests that are staying.
