Charming house with amazing view in heart of Rio

Charming house on top of Rua Alice in Laranjeiras in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. Amazing views of Cristo, Pao de Acucar and Rio's hills and lush forests. Walking distance from Cristo's train station and 10-15 minutes from Copacabana and Ipamena beaches by car. Bus passes by house to metro station that connects to all beaches, city center and tourist sites (botanical garden, Lapa, Museu do Amanha, Aquarium). Walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping, and street fair. The space I have lived in Laranjeiras, a very traditional neighborhood in Rio, most of my life. My husband - who is American - and I moved to Washington DC in 2015. I love my house. I used to host a lot of parties in the house. I also raised my daughter there. I decided recently that, since I do not travel very frequently to Rio anymore, I will rent out my house so others can enjoy it. Guest access 2 parking spaces. Automatic garage door.
