You can ride a bike or walk/run in the condominium. Guest access Guests can access all the premises of the condominium and the house, always respecting the condominium regulations. The advertised rental amount is for a maximum total of 12 people in the house. For numbers greater than this, you must contact us. Children are included in the maximum number of people. Other things to note The Condominium has rules for garbage collection, so guests have to comply with these rules. They are as follows.
