As you enter, the ground floor greets you with a naturally lit sitting room featuring comfortable couches and a cozy gas-lit fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Adelaide or enjoying the nearby Fringe Festival. Continuing through the home, you'll discover a seamless open-plan living and dining area adorned with contemporary decor. Sink into the generous 4-seat sofa and enjoy the large smart TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The elegant dining table, seating 8, creates a wonderful setting for gatherings with friends and family, whether for meals or lively conversations. Sliding doors lead from the dining area to a sheltered alfresco space, complete with outdoor dining furniture. This inviting area allows you to savor meals or simply relax outdoors with a refreshing drink, regardless of the weather. The large and well-equipped kitchen is integrated into the open plan, making meal preparation a delight with its modern appliances and ample countertop space. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer serene sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The ensuite includes a spacious shower, a luxurious bathtub, and a double sink, providing a spa-like experience. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day. Upon request, we can offer additional sleeping arrangements for two additional guests for a fee per person per night. Accesseries for families with babies are also available for a small fee. Additionally, there's a extra large basement area that can serve as a quiet office space. It includes a dedicated workspace with a large computer monitor, perfect for those needing extra screen space or a peaceful environment to work. Alternatively, you can unwind with books and board games available in the room, making it a great spot for both productivity and relaxation. The room is equipped with a large smart TV, providing entertainment options, and when the lights are dimmed, it transforms into a theater-like experience with fantastic sound quality. Our home on Stacey St, Norwood, offers a blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking to enjoy the Adelaide Fringe Festival and explore all that the vibrant city has to offer. Guest access We're pleased to offer the entire house for our guests to use. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a large downstair retreat that provides a quiet space for guests that need to work while they are staying or to simply enjoy a good movie in theatre-like darkness. Other things to note High-chair, porta-cot and child-proof gates for the stairs are available upon request. There will be a small fee of $50 to make these ammenities available during your stay.
