Hello This is a smoke free environment please. This home is 10/30 minutes to Port of Spain...Ariapita Ave...St James, Carenage and abouy minutes to an hour to South Trinidad aka San Fernando. The apartment is near most Carnival excitement. It's a gated community, I have security cameras around the home and my security system is link to the police and a security firm. I am always happy to facilitate my guests to feel comfortable and safe. My home has an electric gate as well as an electric fence for extra protection. It is armed with security alert as well as security cameras. I'm here to be a great host, to ensure that you have an enjoyable time in a safe and clean environment. Downstairs is fully furnished, living room, dining room area, kitchen and a washroom with washer and dryer for you to use.
