The space This superbly styled oceanfront apartment makes for a perfect luxurious getaway. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for a high-end Florida location. Great for people looking for an extraordinary Airbnb experience. It even suits couples looking for luxurious “home away from home” or a romantic break! Highlights include contemporary European furniture, fully equipped gourmet style kitchen, High-Speed WiFi, and in-suite washers and dryers. Living Area: The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach. Master Bedroom (Ocean view): The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV. Second Bedroom (Ocean view): The 2nd bedroom has two full size beds and ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower. Guest access Full access to Resort's World Class Highly Rated Amenities: ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 9th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and private cabanas (included in resort fee). FITNESS CENTER - Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee). BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee). BASKETBALL COURT CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service. RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately). BAR - Full service bar with drinks specials (paid separately). SPA - Full-service Spa with steam and sauna rooms (paid separately). Other things to note Age limit to check-in is 18+ years old. During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night): $40 + tax per night Resort will place hold on $250 as security deposit. Valet parking fee: $35 + tax per night Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay. Housekeeping during stay (optional): $160 This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request. ***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out. Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach. Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using resort amenities. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
