My place is within 5 minutes from Palmiste park, 10 minutes from Gulf City shopping mall, casinos, food outlets, cinemas and vibrant night life, and within an hour from the capital, Port-of-Spain. You can choose to indulge in any, all or none of these as the spacious, airy feel to the house and the light and ambiance of the surroundings is perfect also for relaxation. Despite the overwhelming requests, and with our apologies, we are unfortunately not set up for single day/night stays. My place is good for families (with or without kids) and couples. Come for Carnival, come for Christmas, Easter, family functions in Trinidad, retreats, business trips or just to relax. Welcome to our beautiful little piece of Trini paradise! Feel free to enjoy our outdoor kitchen, fruit trees (seasonal fruits) and lovely, secluded backyard. Unfortunately, we are not catering for bachelor parties, bridal showers or team building events at this point in time. *TEMPORARILY* Due to the COVID-19 cessation of air travel, and due to the overwhelming number of requests for locals looking for stay-cations, we are temporarily reducing our minimum stay to 2 nights (available on weekends - do note the check-in time of 3pm and check-out time of 12pm). We are happy to host responsible, family-oriented groups. Kindly note that we will abide by the local laws and will NOT accommodate more than 10 persons on the compound at any point in time. Please do also note that we will not allow noisy gatherings or parties. If this is your plan, we thank you for your interest but will not be able to host your stay. Thanks for your kind understanding and appreciation of our house rules. Entire house and premises are available to the guests, including pool, backyard, outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The property manager Dale lives in the area and is available for assistance With only one entrance to the subdivision, Block 5 is very safe and family friendly. Despite its proximity to busy San Fernando, the breezy country feel to the property is unmistakeable. Four vehicles can fit on the premises and more on the road in front of the property. We have priced the house to be attractive for both small and larger groups. Hence, do note that the advertised nightly price is for groups of up to 6 persons and access to 4 bedrooms. Additional persons above this number will incur extra charges per night but the 5th bedroom will then become available. Infants 3 and under will not be counted in the costing.
