Stay with us close to nature and centrally located! The space House Nele (about 78 sqm) is certified by the DTV with *** and is well suited for 3 adults. An extra bed for short stays can be provided for up to 5 people. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with dining table on the ground floor, a living room with seating and sofa bed, TV and open fireplace, guest toilet and bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with TV and wardrobe, the double bed has a lying area of 180 x 200 cm. If necessary, it can be separated into two single beds 90 x 200 cm. A sleeping bunk with TV and walk-in closet, with a built-in bed, 140 x 200 cm lying area. In the intermediate corridor, there is a lounge area which can also be used as an extra bed 90 x 200 cm. Wi-Fi, parking, towels, bed linen, etc. are available. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, terrace and garden. Other things to note Under the motto "Together. Leben. Genießen." the accommodation is on an open-plan property. Haus Nele and Haus Nils are two independent houses that are directly adjacent to each other and have been connected with an intermediate building. Encounters with other guests in the entrance area, on the outdoor squares or garden are therefore possible. Mutual consideration and nighttime peace should be a matter of course. The residents in the neighborhood are quiet yet sociable and helpful. Just typical northern German :-) Since the bedrooms on the upper floor are accessible only by stairs, the accommodation is only partially suitable for "seniors" and not barrier-free.
