The space This spacious and well-appointed second-floor apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay in our tropical oasis. Equipped with all the essentials and more—including WiFi, cable, Netflix, and air conditioning in the bedrooms, it ensures a relaxing experience. The décor and furnishings are inspired by the elegant BlueBird often seen along the sandy shores of Courland Bay. Patio- A private patio with seating for five overlooks our pool area, lush tropical surroundings and direct ocean views. The patio also features two private loungers, perfect for an afternoon nap. Kitchen/ Living Area: Open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area offers a cozy and well-equipped space with essential appliances. It includes a fully stocked kitchen and dishware for five guests. Bathroom: The spacious bathroom features a double vanity, standing shower, and toilet, with essentials toiletries, hair dryer, and towels. Bedrooms :Our spacious, air-conditioned family-style bedrooms offer comfort and convenience and designed for families comfortable sharing . Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed for parents and Bedroom 2 offers a queen and single bed for children. Bedroom 2, accessible is through Bedroom 1. This layout gives family a peace of mind knowing that the children are close whilst offering privacy. Guest access Guests has access to our Shared Infinity Edge Salt Water Pool, Private Access to Courland Bay, Secured Parking and our Onsite Shared Laundry Room. We also provide free use of a kayak and Snorkeling equipment upon request. Child friendly add on's such as pack n play, high chair, baby swing, safety railing and stroller available upon request prior to arrival. Other things to note The property consists of 3 units / apartments. The parking area, beach, salt water pool and laundry room are all shared. Secured parking on the compound for 2 vehicles is provided . A welcome folder which provides recommendations for restaurants, cafes, places to visit, things to do and some information about the unit is left in the unit. Please note that a member of our team or the owner is always on-site to ensure your comfort and security throughout your stay. Please note that we have a rescue dog, Mochi, who resides on the property. She is friendly and enjoys interacting with guests. Our garden is home to a variety of wildlife, including iguanas, parrots, squirrels, hummingbirds, cocricos and more. We provide a safe and welcoming environment for them. Occasionally, we also have visiting animals. If you prefer an environment without animals or wildlife, our accommodation may not be the best fit for you.
