Guest access The château features a reception area with a large lounge on the ground floor, which is not part of your rental but can be accessed when it is not in use. There are 3 apartments spread over 3 floors. You will rent the "Bellecour" apartment, located on the 1st floor, in its entirety, with its own kitchen, bathroom, and all the rooms listed in the description. The outdoor spaces — pool, park, and fitness room — are shared. If you wish to use the pool in colder weather, please let us know before your arrival so it can be heated. One parking space is included in the booking, and a second space can be added for an extra fee if needed. However, if you wish to arrive earlier or stay a few extra hours, this can be arranged subject to availability and for a small additional fee. ★ THE CHÂTEAU & PARK ★ The château features a beautiful 600 m² green park, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoor spaces. Located in the city within a lively neighborhood, you are close to shops and amenities while enjoying the charm of the château. The château has neighbors and some limited visibility in certain areas, as shown in the photos, and a public park is nearby. Despite this, you can fully enjoy your stay in a comfortable and pleasant setting. ★ TO READ BEFORE BOOKING to avoid misunderstandings or disputes with Airbnb: We understand that the park and pool may encourage guests to share these moments with friends. However, guests are not allowed to host additional people who are not registered on the booking unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with extra fees payable via the Airbnb platform. Any violation of this rule will be reported to Airbnb and may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund. A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be processed within 3 days after your departure.
