Welcome to our cozy apartment in Dessau-Roßlau! The central location at Angerstraße 18 allows short walks to the town hall (7 min), Bauhaus Museum (10 min) and Edeka (5 min). The spacious apartment for 5 people offers a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a TV. A thoroughly cleaned apartment, fresh linen and towels await you during every stay. Experience comfort and hospitality – we look forward to welcoming you! The space Well-designed 2-room apartment with 2 bedrooms (2 and 3 beds each), TV and seating area in the large room. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need. In addition to the standards (fridge, microwave, large hob, dishwasher), tea, a coffee machine, kettle and a toaster are also available for you. Since we are often asked this: a set of bed linen (made) and a set of towels per person and stay are included. For longer stays, new towels or an intermediate cleaning can be requested at an additional cost. (Towels per person €10, intermediate cleaning i.e. everything new + cleaning €89) Guest access Access to the apartment is in the courtyard. Right next to the front door are key safes from which you can take the key to the apartment. The code will be sent to you automatically 24 hours before arrival by email. Other things to note Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house! For smoking, there is an ashtray in front of or next to the front door. Please use it in front of the door. If this rule is not complied with, we reserve the right to charge a contractual penalty of €250 for special cleaning and possible loss of earnings.
