A beautiful room overlooking the garden in a colonial house, a colonial house

One of the oldest and most beautiful colonial homes in Costa Rica. It consists of 350 meters of construction, large windows surrounded by gardens, wooden ceilings, and exquisite decoration. Very comfortable living areas, connected with spectacular garden. The street is quiet and safe, 600 meters from Escazú Centro: restaurants, cafes, shops, banks, medical centers and supermarkets. Excellent public transport and location: 20min to S. José, 2h from the beaches. The space MY HOUSE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL, WITH AMPLE LIVING SPACES, AND SURROUNDED BY BEAUTIFUL GARDENS. I HAVE THE SERVICES OF AN EMPLOYEE AND GARDENER, WHO ARE DURING THE DAY AND ARE VERY HELPFUL. THE FEE INCLUDES ROOM CLEANING AND LINEN CLEANING AND LINENS ONCE A WEEK. THE ROOM FOR RENT IS LARGE, IT HAS A LARGE DESK, PANORAMIC GARDEN VIEW, CLOSET, TV AND PRIVATE BATHROOM. THERE ARE NO CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE, SO THE PLACE IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. Guest access I have a very spacious formal dining and living room (with a piano), and a spacious corridor with direct access to the garden, which you can use at any time of the day. They can also make use of the kitchen when the employee is not preparing the food, and use the refrigerator space for whatever they want. The washing machine will also be available to you. During your stay Both my staff, and I, will always be available to help you in whatever it is: guide you with transportation and your purchases, advise you with your destinations, etc. But we also guarantee you total privacy if that is your preference. In case of an emergency, we are willing to move them to the place they need to go. If they want breakfast or lunch service, we can also include it for an extra cost. It should be noted that I speak excellent English, and also quite acceptable French, so I have many facilities to communicate with guests of various nationalities. Other things to note We have 2 highly educated and docile dogs: 2 shepherds, who always have access to the house, are part of the family. We also note that on Sunday and holidays, breakfast or lunch service will not be available. The cost of $39 is for one person only, two can be accommodated, but we make the observation that the bed is double ( not queen). The cost for two people would be $45 I also belong to a social and sports club ( tennis, racquet, pediment, gym, swimming pools, bowls, (pilates classes, yoga, dancing, spinning, etc.), which is 15 minutes away by car from the house, and in which I can get my guests for one or several days, at a very reasonable price.
