This is an absolutely spectacular property like few in the world. It just completed a full renovation process where all the house is practically brand new with a refreshing style. The house is located on the cliff of the Flamingo South Ridge. From the jacuzzi you can enjoy the views of 4 different beaches (Conchal, Brasilito, and Flamingo). Practically you are getting Ocean View and Beach Front at the same time. * (Reviews before 2020 are from the old house. Now it’s on a much higher level) The space Casa Pelicano has 4 FULLY renovated bedrooms, each of them has it’s own private bathroom. There is another full bathroom in the terrace. The house has a jacuzzi and pool with multilevel decks with pool lounge chairs. The living area has an open floor plan with glass sliding doors to the terrace. It has a huge couch for watching tv or relaxing. The kitchen is designed to cook for big parties and has amazing ocean view, as the rest of the space. The extensive kitchen island sits 6 people and there is an additional dinning table for 6. The terrace has a dinning table for 10 people and exterior living areas that sit 12 people comfortably. We have everyday maid service included (except for one day of the week or National Holidays). This service includes cleaning and laundry for your convenience. Our network can connect 300 users at the same time. This way everybody can have their meetings without interruptions and be connected with your work, school and loved ones every time you desire.
