A large private furnished sound front and oceanview corner deck are anchored by the hot tub. Fall in love with the HEART OF HATTERAS. The waterfront living area offers a huge views of sunsets through 10' sliding doors. Westside BR1 is a king master with a tiled shower. BR2 is a queen master with deck access. BR3 is a spacious king master with a north-view deck. Heart of Hatteras has 9' ceilings with crown molding and hardwood flooring throughout. Onsite enjoy a 70’ waterfront pool, and entry to Pamlico Sound for world-class kitesurfing, SUP, and watersports. Plus onsite Good Winds Restaurant, coffee shop, and surf shop. Guests can harness the power of the equipment and instructors of the adjacent Kitty Hawks Kites flagship store for the vacation of a lifetime! Plus outdoor shower, onsite kiteboarding/watersports, air pumps, gear storage w/board racks. Washer/dryer, beds made, hot tub (closed from Oct-March), Pet Friendly ($150 per dog, maximum of 2). WiFi. The fireplace pictured is not a working fireplace. NO GRILL.  ***The elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed.  As of October 2025, the elevator is out of service, and at this time, we do not have a confirmed timeline for repairs — or confirmation that it will be repaired at all.
