Beautiful Waterfront cottage located 50 minutes from Ottawa and in walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and famous local bakery. This cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and other with double and single bed. Full modern kitchen, large dining room with loads of windows offering panoramic view of the lake! The space As you enter this cottage you will be amazed at the features of the large windows offering a panoramic view of the lake. The main level has an open concept living and dining area with cathedral ceilings as well as a fully modern kitchen equipped with everything one can imagine. Also on main floor are a powder room and laundry facility. The upper loft has two good size bedrooms and a full bath. The master has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a twin. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote for your absolute comfort! The bedding and towels are included and are of superior quality. For you exterior enjoyment, stroll the lake on the paddle boat or row around in one of the two kayaks included. You may want to bring your paddle board with you as this lake is non motorized and is perfect for you to do so. Afterwards just sit on the dock with a cool beverage and enjoy the serinity of the outdoors. For the competitive one, there are also plenty of lawn games for your entertainment. Later in the evening gather around the fire pit and revel in the beauty of all your surroundings. For your interior comfort a new top of the line A/C unit will keep you very comfortable on those hot and muggy days. If your stay is in the winter months you will love to gather around the wood stove and play interior board games while sipping your favorite beverage. Your host has done everything in her power to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. Other things to note Perfect for the nature enthusiastic.. Go for long walks around the lake or enjoy yourself taking out the paddle boat or the kayaks. There is also plenty of 4 wheeling trails or ask us about the famous hiking trail.. Feeling like a treat, walk to the nearby chip stand and order their specialty poutine's or burger. The village grocery store, LE RICHELIEU, is a 5 minute car ride away and there you can purchase everything you need for your stay. They carry a wide variety of meats, great for BBQ's, fresh vegetables, fruits, breads, pastries, snacks etc as well as an fully stocked beer, wine and liquor section.
