The space The Tocantins Condominium Building, built in the 1960s, features typical architecture of the time, and the apartment preserves original items in perfect condition, such as the parquet floor in the living room and bedrooms and the door handles. The decoration seeks to expand the guest's experience with the city and its history, displaying aesthetic references ranging from Jean-Baptiste Debret, to the painter Benedito Calixto, born in Itanhaém, and icons of Brazilian popular music from the 1970s. Guest access In addition to the entire apartment area, guests will have access to the building's common areas, which currently feature a 24-hour fitness center and market. Each apartment is entitled to one parking space for a car, one for a motorcycle and one for a bicycle (all rotating) and 24-hour concierge service. Other things to note CONDOMINIUM RULES: 1. REMOVING SAND IN THE APARTMENTS, WHETHER IN THE SHOWER OR IN THE LAUNDRY, DESTROYS THE PIPES; 3. DO NOT LEAVE CHAIRS, BOARDS, GARBAGE AND ANIMALS IN THE CORRIDORS; 4. PEOPLE IN BATHING SUIT, WITHOUT SHIRT AND BAREFOOT, WITH BAGS, SUITCASES, ANY OBJECT (TV, SOUND), SHOULD ONLY USE THE SERVICE ELEVATOR; 9. ELEVATORS: IT IS PROHIBITED AND SUBJECT TO A FINE FOR MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE OR 350 KG; 10. CARS WITH OIL LEAKS CANNOT USE THE GARAGES. ACCORDING TO THE ASSEMBLY, THEY WILL BE FINED AND MUST BEAR THE EXPENSES THAT THE CAR OCCASIONS ON THE FLOOR; 11.
