The cozy apartment 123 is located on the shores of Lake Lugano, in Porto Ceresio. It is immersed in a residence with an enchanting garden, adorned with a variety of lush plants, with direct access to the lake. Enjoy a swim in the beautiful (seasonal) pool or the breathtaking view from the balcony. Take advantage of free parking or a private jetty for your boat (on request and for a fee). The space The apartment is located on the first floor and has: • 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed, 160x200 cm, a large built-in closet and a large window. • 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. → Bed linens and towels are included in the price. • 1 kitchenette with electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook. • 1 living room with a smart TV with foreign channels, a table with 4 chairs, and a comfortable sofa bed that can be used by the third or fourth guest if necessary. Two large windows lead to the balcony. • 1 balcony with table and chairs, to be able to eat outdoors and two deck chairs to fully enjoy the magnificent lake - mountains - garden view. • 1 free, private parking space on the property. In the residence, there are: • A swimming pool (open seasonally). • Direct access to the lake. • A large garden with deckchairs and umbrellas. • A pier with the possibility of mooring your own boat, by reservation and for a fee. Guest access The apartment and balcony are at guests' complete disposal, as well as private parking, for one car, on the property. The pool, garden and jetty are shared with other guests and owners. Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 1. REGISTRATION OF ALL GUESTS: According to Italian law 109 T.u.l.p.s. we are obliged to register all our guests. Therefore, you will be asked to present your personal documents. We cannot accommodate anyone who does not present their personal documents. MINORS can only stay overnight if accompanied by their parents or an adult, but with authorization and a copy of the parents' documents. 2.
